I had to pre-order this one. I sometimes get the collectors edition, but nothing seems worth it.
Well, I cancelled due to the garbage they just had to put into the game. I’ll look forward to Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Nevermind, that one is ruined as well.

Good choice. We really have to stop funding this bullshit they are trying to push down our throat. Let them die in misery.
In general stuff like that doesn’t bother me. But when it becomes splashed all over the game and made a focus it seems to me priorities are wrong. Instead of a minority balance, its made a majority agenda. What’s even worse if you disagree the amount of hatred energy thrown is insane. In the end, I just won’t buy or play it. Plenty of other good games out there. Each to their own.

I just finished the game and freaking loved it. I think they handled the wokeism well to cater to both sides. It’s contained in one of your teammate’s subplots. If you avoid Taash’s friendship quests, you don’t experience the wokeism. It’s not like BG3 was with everyone pansexual and actively trying to get in your pants.
I thought all the plots and characters were superbly written. The engine is gorgeous. The voice acting is top-notch. I think if you’re passing on this game because of some avoidable content, you’re really missing out.
Nope, not going to support it no matter how good it is.
But I respect your analysis. If they remove the garbage I’ll reconsider.
